  1. You will need to make your own enquires as to the availability of NBN or any other service you require.
  2. If you are approved, you will be required to pay a bond equivalent to four (4) weeks rent, and the first four (4) weeks rent prior to moving in. EFT made payable to RE/MAX Elevate Trust Account will be accepted as the initial payment.
  3. You will be required to sign a lease agreement either online via DocuSign, or in person, along with the first 4 weeks rent to hold your offer on the property.
  4. All information contained in the marketing material is considered correct at the time of advertising. Whilst every care is taken in the preparation of the marketing, RE/MAX Elevate will not be held liable for any error in typing or information.   5. Rent Payments are by EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer) only – sorry we cannot take cash or cheques. We are currently not signed up for a direct debit system.

Applicants Checklist:

Before I submit this application, I/We have:

  • Collated copies of supporting documents to send via email (see below).
  • Inspected the property both internally and externally (or have an appointment to do so – your application will not be processed until you have inspected the property).
  • Provide all contact details and documentation for confirmation of income source.
  • Agree to the Privacy Disclosure Statement and Privacy Consent.

The following documentation must be submitted with Application Form:

  • Copy of Photo ID (Driver’s licence, 18+ card or passport)
  • Copy of Medicare Card and Bank Card (eg. eftpos or credit card)
  • Copy of Recent Bank Statement (within the last 3 months)
  • Proof of Income (two (2) x payslips, Centrelink statement or letter from accountant)
  • Proof of Current Address (copy of telephone bill, electricity bill, phone bill, etc)
  • Council Registration for Pets (if pets are on the application)

PLEASE NOTE: A tenant ledger MUST be provided if you are currently renting with a Real Estate Agent and Proof of Income is mandatory in all cases.
